Siawash Zahmat

Is a high-performance business coach and the co-founder of the Muslim Coaching Academy.

He’s a former professional poker player and earned a renowned reputation and success within the scene. Having gone through a life-changing experience, he was inspired to re-evaluate his journey and stepped away in order to pursue a more fulfilling career.

This is when Siawash immersed himself even more into self-development and chose to be a force in changing people’s lives, which subsequently led him to become a coach.

Now happily married and father to a little girl, he’s one of the leading coaches in the Muslim scene. His enthusiasm and drive to change the coaching space for the better has been a driving force in always delivering excellence.

Noticing the lack of leadership in the Muslim Coaching scene as well as a community network, self development and not enough businesses with integrity, he teamed up with his business partner Asiya Othman and decided to start the first Muslim Coaching Academy and subsequently an exclusive Muslim Mastermind where like minded entrepreneurs, coaches get together to create shifts leading them to more success and aid them in scaling their businesses.

Asiya Othman

Is a peak-performance, business coach and also the co-founder of the Muslim Coaching Academy.

She was an outspoken freelance journalist, humanitarian worker and speaker, before choosing to leave the life of politics and NGO work in order to make a wider impact in changing people’s live on her own terms.

After choosing to leave everything and pursue a completely different path, she became immersed in self-development and coaching to the highest level.

Since then she has coached an array of clients and has made her mark in having a no-nonsense approach to her coaching. As well as coaching corporate clients, she has helped coaches and consultants have immensely, thriving businesses.

That passion and drive for excellence has led to wanting to raise the bar within the Muslim coaching industry and that’s how the Muslim Coaching Academy was founded with Siawash.

Subsequently they’ve now created the first collaborative online show and a one-of-a-kind Muslim Mastermind that is application only.

This has now become a global community that have become like extended family with not only like minded people but a supportive network of high-achieving leaders, entrepreneurs and coaches.

Ambreen Pervez

Head Of NLP Department

Ambreen is a High performance coach, NLP trainer, speaker and the founder of Female Entrepreneur Network.

Ambreen has always been fascinated by human behaviour, which is why it’s probably no surprise that she was a Criminologist and went on further to do her MA in Muslim Community studies.

Ambreen’s passion to contribute to the performance and personal development of herself and others is one of the core reasons why she worked actively to advocate for racial equality in Norway.

As a result, she received a Prize from the Discrimination and Equality Ombudsman in 2007 and was nominated by the American Embassy in 2009 to participate in the Young Muslim Leadership Programme in the USA. Her role in the Norwegian parliament has contributed to long lasting change up until now.

As a High performance coach, she is passionate about inviting clients to have powerful and honest conversations, accessing their unconscious behaviours and beliefs, in pursuit of their goals and coaching outcomes.

After becoming an NLP trainer and with the wealth of knowledge and experience over the last few years, she is now the lead trainer of the Muslim Coaching Academy NLP department and has achieved outstanding results.
